Mickey Factz is a Hip-Hop artist which was revealed when he was chosen by XXl as one of their "freshman of the year" in 2009. Since that Mickey has faced numerous difficulties to appeal to a mainstream audience but is standing still . Even if the attention of public isn't there anymore he keeps dropping quality projects for free on the internet.From the excellent "Mickey Mause" to "#Y" Mickey Factz displays all of his musical talents as a producer and as a story teller. In the closing track of his latest mixtape "740 Park Ave" Mickey tells us about his story, his aspirations and his struggle. The song was written when Mickey discovered he went from 90 000 $ dollars to 4.14 $ on his bank account.Like always with Mickey things get really intresting when he gets personal. The slow piano riffs fit totally Mickey's vocals resulting in a song which connects directly with the listener. We can feel his pain and his strength. It's not the first time that Hip-Hop shows us that struggle is beautiful.
